ICSA Toronto Chapter has a database of over 100 different programs that we have provided for our clients. We offer a unique needs assessment process for all of our programs, customizing any curriculum to reflect the specific needs of your organization — at a significant per-person discount!

We are extremely flexible, providing training and keynote presentations for groups as large as 50 and as small as one. We provide workshops in lecture and classroom formats as well as one-on-one coaching sessions. We can train during business hours, evenings and weekends. We can even travel to any part of North America or abroad to satisfy your training needs.
