ICSA Staff Appreciation Night

Each October, ICSA Toronto Chapter hosts a special gala awards event called Staff Appreciation Night in celebration of Customer Service Week. Attending this event is the perfect opportunity for organizations to recognize and reward the hard work of their staff. Nominating staff members for a Customer Service Excellence Award adds to the experience. We announce the winners and present the awards at Staff Appreciation Night.
