Advisory Council

The Advisory Council is comprised of senior service professionals who provide direction and leadership to the help the ICSA Toronto Chapter create an association that will:

  • Heighten the awareness of the strategic and economic value of customer service
  • Legitimize the customer service profession by recognizing the need for specialized knowledge, skills and abilities needed for the role
