The International Customer Service Association – Toronto Chapter is a not for profit organization with over 2,500 members in Canada. Our members come from various industry sectors and include passionate service professionals who are committed to making a difference in their organizations.
We have been around since the 1980’s helping individuals gain knowledge and organizations deliver exceptional service. Our Advisory and Executive councils are senior Customer Service Professionals who work with the ICSA in providing direction, guidance, endorsement and support in raising the awareness of exceptional service throughout the industry. They have been instrumental in the growth and importance of this prestigious organization and ensuring value through our programs and services.

History
ICSA Toronto Chapter is a non-profit association led by customer service professionals for customer service professionals. These are people who have walked in your shoes and understand your challenges and motivation.
Organized in 1981 by a group of 59 customer service professionals, today’s ICSA has come a long way! In Toronto alone, our membership tops 2,500 and we offer a full range of programs that provide members with a forum for sharing knowledge and experience, searching for solutions and networking with other customer service professionals.
ICSA Toronto Chapter members are managers, directors, vice-presidents, owners and CEOs of companies of all types and sizes in virtually every industry — manufacturing and non-manufacturing — from the Fortune 500 to the entrepreneur.
The Toronto Chapter (the oldest and largest customer service association in Canada) is led by president Dolly Konzelmann and supported by the Executive and Advisory Councils. Both councils are composed of recognized industry experts who provide guidance and direction to the chapter. The Toronto chapter holds regular workshops, webinars, conferences and special events. The chapter is also the premier source for providing on site training and keynote speakers, consulting, and recruiting services in the areas of people, process and technology.
